Arrangements for delivery are stated below unless other arrangements are stated on the products page.
- We use SF Express for our delivery services and dispatch the products from our Tsim Sha Tsui shop. When the products arrive at the stated delivery address, the delivery fee is to be paid by the recipient.
Local delivery service details:
- After receiving the customer’s payment confirmation, products will be sent out within 3 to 5 working days. On delivery, customers are required to provide their signature as a confirmation that they have received the products. Delivery services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
- Deliveries will be postponed or suspended if a black rain signal or typhoon signal of number 8 or higher is hoisted.
- We will not accept any exchanges or refunds for our products which were mistakenly chosen by the customer or have been opened or used.
- If there is no one to accept or sign the package when it is delivered at the indicated shipping address, the additional delivery costs of the repeated delivery will be paid by the customer directly to the courier company when it is delivered again.
- We will deliver products according to the address and telephone number provided by the customer. We are not responsible for the identity of the recipient.
